共同基金
共同基金是由專業的證券投資信託公司合法募集眾人的資金，並且由基金經理人將資金投資運用在指定的金融工具上，例如股票、債券或是貨幣市場工具等等，並且以發行受益憑證的方式，將獲利由投資人共同分享的投資工具。
