投資海外共同基金的風險
投資人所投資的資金是存放在保管機構，而基金經理公司只負責管理基金及操作並不經手基金的財產。
最重要的是，存在保管機構的資金是以專戶儲存，換言之，該帳戶是獨立的，不屬於基金經理公司的資產，也不屬於保管機構的資產，故即使是基金經理公司的債權人也無權動用到該帳戶的錢。
因此，投資人放在保管機構的錢不會有任何意外，也不承受基金經理公司的倒帳風險。
